Terms of Propagation

By using the Flash Protocol node network and choosing to Buy Flash USDT from our platform, you agree to the following operational terms.

1. Protocol Usage

Flash USDT assets delivered through our protocol are verified to have a 365-day persistence period. After this interval, nodes are cleared, and the liquidity is recycled. The assets are provided as-is for testing and experimental node validation only.

2. Propagation Limits

Users must provide accurate destination wallet information. Flash Protocol is not liable for assets delivered to an incorrectly specified address. Once propagation is initialized, it cannot be canceled or reversed.

3. Verification Timings

Our average propagation time is 8.4 minutes. However, network congestion on the host blockchain (TRON, ETH, BSC) may cause delays. Verification will occur after 12 block confirmations are detected by our nodes.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the instant and irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, all acquisitions made through our protocol are final. No refunds are provided after a valid transaction hash has been submitted.

Flash Protocol is a decentralized liquidity relay. We are not responsible for any financial loss or misuse of assets outside our validated node framework. Use at your own discretion.
